Environmental Impact Report Approved
The Long Beach Planning Commission certified the environmental impact report for the Press-Telegram Lofts. Support surges for the building as it is recognized to be the bridge between Long Beach’s diverse neighborhoods. Community voices such as CSULB, Arts Council for Long Beach and Memorial Hospital echo the benefits of change that the Press-Telegram Lofts will bring; middle-income housing, environmental conscience design, and improved economic development downtown. Excitement Grows as PT Lofts is Unveiled
The secret is out; quality-built middle-income housing is coming to Long Beach. As the news and images of the Press Telegram Lofts were released this week, interested Southern California homeowners have been clamoring for additional information about size, price, views, amenities and options.
